It’s a brief, 30 minute no-obligation chat where we discuss your current career challenges, your goals, and how we can best work together to achieve them.
5 / What is the difference between Career Coaching and Mentoring?
According to EMCC, both are professional learning and development practices. Coaching is primarily a non-directive, goal-oriented process focused on unlocking your potential and performance. Mentoring incorporates a broader sharing of knowledge, personal experience, and professional wisdom, offering strategic guidance alongside reflection to support your long-term career growth.
6 / How long does the process take?
Real, lasting change takes time. While meaningful clarity and actionable insights usually emerge after the first 2–3 sessions, most clients partner with me for 3 to 6 months to fully achieve and consolidate their professional goals.
